【番外編①】らっきょう漬！！

＊今日の一言＊

いやぁ、今年もこの季節がやってきました！今回はらっきょうを漬けましたので、番外編でその様子を紹介します☆

若手メンバーそろって、作業を始めました。ここは本当に会社なのか！？スーツ姿でらっきょう漬け、なんだか変な感じですね。まずはらっきょうを洗って、根と茎の先端を切って、皮を剥いていきます。はりきって始めたものの、何と地味な作業でしょう。ひたすら続く皮むきに、みんな沈黙です。思わず「何かおもしろい話ない？」と藤川さん(笑)
でも、日本人は昔からこういう苦労をして、食べられないものを食べられるようにしてきたんですね。今こうして手作業でやってみると、日本人魂が沸いてきます。そしてらっきょうの匂いが爪に染みていきます。
さて、今回は、2種類のらっきょう漬けを作りました。一つはらっきょうの塩水漬けです。文字通り塩水に漬けるだけですが、塩らっきょうを楽しめるだけでなく、その後様々な味に付け直すことができるので、賢いことこの上なし。
もう一つは、らっきょうの甘酢じか漬けです。普通は塩漬けにしてから甘酢に漬けるのですが、このじか漬けは、いきなり塩を加えた甘酢に漬ける方法です。塩漬けの手間がないので、楽々です。
さあ、どんなお味に仕上がるのか、楽しみですね！！次回は、梅干しです☆
