　こんにちは！ランチブログを担当しております、入社１年目の野藤恭子です。毎日が勉強の日々ですが、楽しみながらブログを書かせていただいております。皆さまお元気ですか？

　今日のスパゲッティーは生パスタを使用。麺は太すぎず、細すぎずで一般的なスパゲッティーとは変わりがありませんが、食感が違います。乾麺のパスタでは出せない、もっちり感がありました。
　麺もフレッシュですが、魚介の味もよく出ていたと思います。魚介はイカとエビです。お皿の上から独特の風味がしてきましたが、食べてみると、生臭くない。トマトのさっぱりとした酸味と果肉がイタリアンぽさを出してくれました。魚介とトマトも合いますね♪

　湿度が高いこの季節、冷たいスープも良いですねぇ♪「ビシソワーズ」が登場！おいしい！！個人的に今日は、塩っぽいクリーム味が食べたかったので、おかわりがしたいくらいでした。「ビジソワーズ」とは、じゃがいもの冷たいスープのことです。
　じゃがいもはメイクイーンを使用。蒸かしてつぶしてスープになりました。もちろんじゃがいもだけではもったりとしてしまいますので、牛乳と生クリームが入りますよ。

　今ではわりとメジャーになったスープですが、私が「ビシソワーズ」を知ったのは、とあるテレビドラマがきっかけでした。じゃがいも３箱を３０箱と間違えて注文してしまった、さてこのじゃがいもをどう処理しようか？思いついた料理が「ビシソワース」このドラマ覚えている人いらっしゃいますか？キッチンマカロニといえば、、、
そう、ランチの女王。
