　　こんにちは！ランチブログを担当しております、入社１年目の野藤恭子です。毎日が勉強の日々ですが、楽しみながらブログを書かせていただいております。皆さまお元気ですか？
　
　「たたきゅうり」ってなんぞや？
　すり棒で叩いたきゅうりに味付けをしました。味は醤油、みりん、酢、梅、青じそです。ちなみに、梅はタニザワで作った梅干しを使用☆（←今年も梅干しを漬けました。今は壺の中で眠っています）
　
　きゅうりを叩いていると、割れてしまいました。ごめんきゅうり・・・。と、申し訳ない気持ちになってしまいましたが、良かった。割れて良いそうです☆　２０本近いきゅうりを、ただ叩いているだけでは飽きる・・・・。そこで、考えてみました。叩くという行動には、どんな意味が込められているのだろうか？
　
　力任せに叩くと、ただきゅうりが割れるだけです。弱すぎると意味がない。叩いているうちに、優しく強くするが良いということが判明。矛盾してますが、ポイントですよ。
　
　叩いてきゅうりの細胞を壊すことによって、味がしみやすくなるのでは？とひらめきました。だから、強すぎるときゅうりが割れるだけで壊れる細胞の数は少ない。弱すぎると細胞も壊れないしきゅうりも割れない。

　料理人に近づいた野藤さんでした♪さーて今日私はこのブログで何回叩くと書いたでしょうか？
　
　ほんとに沢山きゅうりを叩いてきゅうりにこぶをつくってしまいました。きゅうりには気の毒だけど、おいしい「たたききゅうり」ができました☆
