　こんにちは！ランチブログを担当しております、入社１年目の野藤恭子です。毎日が勉強の日々ですが、楽しみながらブログを書かせていただいております。皆さまお元気ですか？

　今日のランチは、｢ネバネバ丼｣ねばねばの具は、納豆、長いも、メカブ、丸おくら。オクラは、丸オクラ、一般のオクラは★の形をしていますが丸オクラは○です。（写真下）

　｢ネバネバ丼｣は、つるんと食べられるので、お子様から高齢の方まで幅広くお楽しみいただけると思います。お楽しみにプラスして、夏場にはもってこいの丼です！
　メカブのヌルヌルには、フコイダンという食物繊維が含まれていて、血液をさらさらにしてくれます。その他のヌルヌルは、ムチン。ムチンも食物繊維で、消化管や消化器の粘膜の保護をしてくれてタンパク質の吸収を助ける働きをします。ネバネバ食品を食べると、スタミナがつくと言われるのは、これらの働きによります。ね、夏場は体力を消耗しやすいので、もってこいの丼でしょ？


　夜空を見上げれば、ほら、満点の星空♪星空といえば、天の川、そして明日は7月7日、七夕！笹の葉サーラサラ。
　七夕のもとは、「棚機」だそうです。7月7日の夜、神を迎えるために水辺に「棚」を作り、そこで乙女が「機」を織ると言う行事が、日本古来からあったそうです。「棚機」は7日の夕べのことから七夕と呼ぶようになりました。
　七夕では、素麺を食べますね。野外では流し素麺をするところもあります。素麺を織り糸に見立てて、流れていく様は天の川ととする。素麺は風流な行事食ですね。
　明日は土曜日ですし、ゆっくり出来る方も多いのではないでしょうか？食事の時間に季節の行事の話をしてみてはいかがでしょうか？
