　　こんにちは！ランチブログを担当しております、入社１年目の野藤恭子です。毎日が勉強の日々ですが、楽しみながらブログを書かせていただいております。皆さまお元気ですか？


　土用丑の日にちなんで、今日は【土用鰻のちらし混ぜご飯】です。夏には、「う」のつくものが良いといいますね。鰻(ウナギ)、ウリ、梅干し、牛、などなど。なぜうのつくものが良いというのでしょうか？今日のランチでは鰻がでたので、鰻について書こうと思います。

　鰻は、良質たんぱく質と脂肪、ビタミンＡ、Ｅが豊富でＤＨＡやＥＰＡも多く含まれています。ＤＨＡやＥＰＡとは、高度不飽和脂肪酸のことです。ＤＨＡには、血栓、がんなどの抑制力があり、ＥＰＡには、動脈硬化の症状や高血血漿の改善に良いといわれています。
　どの食材も個性があって、良いところ悪いところがあるので、なんともいえませんが、暑いと体力が消耗するので、夏に鰻を食べるのは理に適っているといえます。

　人間が生きていくにはエネルギーが必要です。たんぱく質は糖質よりも早くエネルギーになるので、バテて鰻を食べれば、即、活動的になる！ということです。


　ちなみに【土用鰻のちらし混ぜご飯】の混ぜご飯には、沢山食材が混ざっていました(写真下)

　しょうが、スプラウト、胡麻、玉子、しそ、きゅうり、水菜、じゃこ、枝豆。夏本番を向かえる前に、体力を万全に整えたいですね♪
