　　こんにちは！ランチブログを担当しております、入社１年目の野藤恭子です。毎日が勉強の日々ですが、楽しみながらブログを書かせていただいております。皆さまお元気ですか？

　今日は盛岡冷麺をいただきました。冷麺っていつ食べても麺が切れないですよね。冷麺の麺を噛み切れる方はいらっしゃるのでしょうか？私は身体によくないとわかっていながら、飲み込んでしまいます。つるっとのどに入るので、ついついそのままごっくん・・・。

　この弾力はすごいですね。この弾力はなんだ？と思って調べてみました。小麦粉と片栗粉が主原料で、麺の細さを決めるチューブに圧力をかけて小麦粉と片栗粉を練ったものを通すそうです。このときに熱が加わるので、反応がおきる。この変化が冷麺独特の弾力を生むそうです。

　今日は昨日までの天気とはちょっと違って、じめじめした暑さがありますね。じめじめした暑さに噛み切れない麺。こういう表現はマイナス要素たっぷりですが、つるっと入るので、夏でも食べやすい料理です☆
